A city is not a community without a lively DT center. As our urban centers densify it is even more necessary. Walkable streets with cooling tree canopies, lively cherished businesses housed in historic buildings are like a magnet to urban dwellers. Thankfully, Santa Clara residents and Council recognize this. Bravo!
